C1 Mailer Packet

The scope of this procurement is for 70,723 mailing packets that contains four separate items; tri-fold letter, mailing card; die-cut magnet and mailing envelope. Insert tri-fold letter, mailing card and die-cut magnet into envelope. Seal mailing envelope and mail using the most economical method through U.S. Postal Service. Postage costs to be included in bid. Postage is NOT reimbursed. PDF proof and pre-production samples required. Due to Personally Identifiable Information (PII), a Security Control Mail is required.
