J065--Replacement of Truck Scissors Dock Lifts

This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes.  Solicitation, 36C24626Q0477, will be issued on or about 22 April 2026.The Fayetteville VAMC has a requirement for a REPLACEMENT OF (2) TRUCK SCISSOR DOCK LIFTS. The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, tools, etc. to replace (2) truck scissor dock lifts on the loading dock areas. Contractors will perform all site evaluations and research to verify the required materials and equipment necessary to complete the project. Contractors will perform all labor associated with the installation of the new, and removal of old truck scissor dock lifts, wiring/cabling, conduct removal/installation, termination/programming/testing, and any other relevant duties. The applicable NAICS Code is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors with a size standard of $22 Million.  All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to Patsy.Simpson@va.gov.
