The Healthcare Contracting Division - West intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal contract for Maintenance and Repair Services of Government Owned Nanosonic Trophon 2 Units and components at Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), Alaska. This requirement is for a period of performance from 31 August 2026 through 30 August 2027, plus four one-year options, plus the FAR 52.217-8 option to extend.

The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Nanosonics, Inc. since the required maintenance and repair services and parts for Nanosonics Trophon high-level disinfection device are only available from Nanosonics, Inc. Services and parts are distributed exclusively by Nanosonics, Inc. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.  The NAICS code of this procurement is 811210 and the size standard is $34M.
