Government’s Response:

This information is provided on page 6 of the Form SF1449 under FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation- Commercial Products and Commercial Services (DEVIATION Jan 2026).

2. Question:

What would be the biggest and the smallest magnets that would be measured?

Government’s Response:

This information is provided in the Statement of Requirement. Maximum gap of the pole pieces is at least 50mm. At the highest magnet field ranges, the gap is 2.0 - 2.5 mm.

Due date for quotations remains unchanged. All quotes are due no later than 9:00AM EST on August 28, 2026.
