1. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to:
a. Extend the offers due date.
b. Update clauses and provisions.
c. Post the questions and answers received in response to this solicitation.
d. Add the geotech report.

2. The offers due date is extended to 08/04/2026.

3. The following clauses and provisions are updated:
a. Removed 52.225-9, Buy American—Construction Materials.
b. Added 52.225-11 Buy American-Construction Materials under Trade Agreements
(Deviation Mar 2026), Alt I (Mar 2026).
c. Added 52.225-12 Notice of Buy American Requirement-Construction Materials Under
Trade Agreements (May 2014), Alternate I (May 2014), Alternate II (Nov 2023).
d. Added 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee (Sept 1996).
e. Clause 52.225-11 and provisions 52.225-12 and 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee are included at
the end of the "B05 Amendment 1 Pryor Clinic Expansion Construction" document.

4. The questions and answers received in response to this solicitation are added as an
attachment.

5. Attachment “J03a Georeport Pryor Clinic Expansion Construction” is added.

6. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
