Description

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

Solicitation number FA4600-26-Q-0122 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a spectrum analyzer that meet or exceeds the salient characteristics outlined in the Statement of Need.

NONMANUFACTURER RULE

The Contract Activity is currently pursuing a Nonmanufacturer Rule waiver through the Small Business Administration for this acquisition as there is currently not a class waiver for the specified NAICS.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing to the Contracting Office by 11 September 2026, 11:00 AM. Answers to all questions will be posted via amendment to www.sam.gov as soon as readily available.

OFFER DUE DATE/TIME

All offers must be submitted to the Contracting Office by 18 September 2026, 11:00 AM CDT. Offerors are responsible for verifying reception.
