NOTICE: This Synopsis is related to Sources Sought Notice W50S88-26-Q-1001, Architect-Engineer Services IDIQ - 119th Wing, Fargo, ND, published Jan 15, 2026. As a result of this announcement, the North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) intends to award one (1) Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) A-E Contract to provide A-E services in support of the 119th Wing, Fargo, ND North Dakota Air National Guard.
