This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

1. Solicitation Information
This Request for Quote is issued as Solicitation No. 1240BH26Q0024 is for the repair/construction for fire damaged or destroyed Range Fence on Wallowa Whitman National Forest (Baker County, Oregon). The work includes but is not limited to removal of existing fence and associated materials to include all metal wire, staples, and metal T-post. The Contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of all old fence materials and related debris off Forest Service land, in full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal disposal regulations. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set‑Aside.

2. Submission Instructions
Offerors are responsible for reviewing all RFQ supporting documents in the included in SAM.gov and shall submit a complete quote package, including all required documentation, to susie.felton@usda.gov no later than COB (1630) PST on 20 July 2026. Hard‑copy originals are not required.

Note:  All solicitation documents need to be downloaded and must be opened using the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat to ensure full visibility of all contents. Quotations that are incomplete or fail to address all RFQ requirements may be excluded.

3. Set‑Aside Status
This procurement is set aside exclusively for small business concerns. All responsible business sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
