SOLICITATION: Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz_Towing Services BPA, GUAM

21 SEPTEMBER 2026: AMENDMENT 0001

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the offer due date and time to 15 October 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time (JST). This amendment also updates the Performance Work Statement, Attachment 02, Block 10, and adds clauses 52.222-43 and 52.247-27. A "Questions and Answers" attachment is also attached with the Government's responses to vendor inquiries.

This requirement is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a single awardee to provide 24/7 towing, recovery, and wincing services in support of the Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz located in Guam.
