Solicitation: NAFQJ3-26-B-0002. Title: NAF Outdoor Recreation/Equipment Rental Center, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. Description: This project is to provide an adequately sized and configured Outdoor Recreation/Equipment Rental Center is required to support the operational functions of the Outdoor Recreational Center, Equipment Rental, and Information Office. The facility will provide classrooms, retail/rental area, office spaces, equipment storage and maintenance, and multi-purpose space. Solicitation and all attachments shall be downloaded from Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/.

01 June 2026 - The Government has posted responses to bidder inquiries on the PIEE Solicitation Module https://piee.eb.mil/.

18 June 2026 - The Government anticipates extending the bid due date. The extension will be effected via an amendment to the solicitation, and the new deadline will be 3-4 weeks after all RFI responses have been posted. Offerors should continue to monitor SAM/PIEE for the official notification.
