***Original Notice***

RAF Akrotiri, Cyprus has a requirement to procure Hesco, or equal, barriers that will withstand the weather and high UV indexes. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to deliver barriers that are functionally equivalent to Hesco barriers that meet the minimum specifications in the attached statement of objectives.
