Overhaul of Denison Legacy Steering Pumps

This is a firm-fixed-price acquisition for the commercial overhaul service of
Government-owned Denison legacy steering pumps for SRF-JRMC Det
Yokosuka. The procurement is being conducted on a limited-sources basis
under FAR Part 12. J&A Attached. 

Amendment 2 Over and Above Work clause and Clin added (unfunded)

Over and above work authorized in accordance with DFARS
252.217-7028 and the negotiated procedures contained in the
Performance Work Statement.
Payments and invoices under this CLIN are subject to
DFARS 252.217-7028 and the negotiated procedures
contained in the contract.
This CLIN is unfunded at award. Inclusion of this CLIN does
not authorize performance or create a Government
obligation. The Contractor shall not perform any over and
above work unless authorized in writing by the Contracting
Officer. The scope, firm-fixed price, and funding for
authorized work will be incorporated through a contract
modification.
