ZKC Compound Snow Removal and Grounds Maintenance

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate changes to the SOW, clarify the insurance clause and update the attachment number. Due to the changes to the SOW, the Bid Due Date has changed from 12 PM CT, 6/22/2026 tp 12PM CT. 6/29/2026.  This modification also posts the questions and answers. Please see attachment "ZKC Compound (Q-A)".

This Solicitation (SIR) is for Snow Removal and Grounds Maintenance Services for the Olathe, KS ZKC Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), OSS/OCC and Child Care Facility to be completed as required in the Performance Work State,emt (PWS) that is located as attachment J-1 of the attached Solicitation 697DCK-26-R-00289.  
 
This acquisition is set aside for small business.  The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 561730  – Landscaping Services. 
 
The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract.   

Questions or comments pertaining to this SIR must be submitted in written form via email to Marshavia Clark, Contracting Officer, at marshavia.clark@faa.gov no later than 2:00 PM Central Time on Monday, June 15, 2026.  Questions and responses that clarify the SIR may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified.
