This amendment is to answer industry questions received for this Internal/External Window Cleaning requirement. The
questions asked have been answered and are attached to this document.

Are there roof anchors to repel from on the main Medical Center and the 10 story Liberty building. Answer: there are roof anchors on the main medical center but there are no anchors on the Liberty building.

If so, do you know when the last time was that they were certified? Answer: January 2023
Are there any areas where the windows are inaccessible or obstructed in this current RFQ? Answer: I don t see any windows as being obstructed right now.
How many screens are on windows? Answer: Per the SOW there are approximately 5,850 windows, and per the subject matter expert s (SME) knowledge, there are screens on approximately less than 10% of the windows.
Will [screens] be removed before cleaning the glass, or are we expected to remove, clean and replace them? Answer: This is answered in the Statement of Work (SOW), Section B, Item 1, a-b, and may also be listed in other areas of the SOW, so the answer is YES, the contractor shall remove, clean and replace screens.
What is the maximum building height? Answer: 11 stories (Including penthouse windows)
Are there structural anchors to support window cleaning apparatus at high rise buildings? Answer: There are anchors for only approximately 1/3 of the roof.
How many skylights require cleaning? What is their height above a stable work surface? Answer: There are no skylights
Are there atriums? Answer: There is 1 Atrium
When were the windows last cleaned? First 2 weeks of March 2026.
Are both inside and outside window surfaces to be cleaned? Answer: Vendors have a duty to thoroughly review the SOW prior to asking questions and only ask questions not already answered in the SOW. This requirement is for Internal/External Window Cleaning, and the SOW is clear on this.
Is there an incumbent? What is the annual value of the current contract? Answer: The incumbent is Top of The Line Services, LLC. The current contract is a base year with four option years (so five years total) at a total contract price of $225,000.00
