Small Business Set-Aside for Command-Wide Shredding Service (Plus option Yrs) Per Attachments

This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside and a firm fixed price contract per the requirment in the attachements. Email quotes (on your companies letterhead) with full specifications to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Wednesday 15 July 2026 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. Your quote will be evaluated against the attached Statement of Work. Please break out your pricing for the six events per event on your quote for the base year and the four option years. 

NOTE: To be eligible for contract award, the offeror shall provide quantifiable proof that their destruction methods meet the requirements of CUI Notice 2019-03, such as the NAID AAA Certification, with the offeror’s quote.

Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement to acquire command-wide shredding services.  The service shall meet the guidelines for Multi-Step Paper Destruction for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), per CUI Notice 2019-03: Destroying Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) In Paper Form.
