Repair & Maintain Airfield Stormwater System Phase II

This is Request For Information(RFI). This notice is for Market research and planning purposes only. 

Dobbins ARB is conducting market research to identify qualified small business contractors capable of performing specilaized stormwater repair work. The most technically demanding element of this project is the installation of storm drainage pipe greater than 48 inches in diameter via Jack and Bore methodology.

Specificallly, small businesses who have performed

1.  
   • Projects of similar scope involving 48” or larger jack and bore construction under active travel ways (Interstates, state highways, runways, taxiways, aprons) equal to or greater than 300 LF continuous in the past five calendar years in which you self-performed at least 20% of direct contract labor.
   • This project also includes grading, sodding, and pipelining
