Spectralogic Spectra Stack T-200 Hardware/Software Maintenance

Description

Tyndall AFB requires hardware and software maintenance and support services for existing Spectralogic Spectra Stack T-200 Tape Library systems currently in operation.

Services shall include, at a minimum:

24/7/365 technical support (phone and web portal access)
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Troubleshooting, repair, and system restoration
Firmware and software updates/upgrades
Next Business Day (NBD) parts replacement and on-site support
Access to proprietary diagnostic tools, technical data, and system updates necessary to maintain full operational capability

The requirement supports mission-critical data storage systems and must ensure continued system reliability, compatibility, and performance.

The anticipated contract will include a base period of one (1) year with four (4) option years.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334112

This requirement is being considered for a sole source award to Spectra Logic Corporation, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), due to the proprietary nature of the system and the requirement for OEM-level access to software, firmware, and diagnostic tools necessary to perform the required services. This requirement is anticipated to be awarded on or about 15 May 2026.
