SOLICITATION-U.S. Army West Point Harbor Q-Boat Ferry Maintenance

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this DRAFT SOLICITATION for Maintenance and Repair Services for the LRC Ferry Q-Boat;  US ARMY VESSEL (USAV) Q-7860option at West Point, NY.

The period of performance is September 15th, 2026, through April 30, 2027 (Estimated)

This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns with a PSC Code of J020, and the NAICS Code 336612.

A site visit will be held on August 25th, see attached documents for instructions and details.

Submittals are required, if an offeror does not comply with the instructions, they shall be excluded from consideration for the contract award.

Please verify that both your UEI #, Cage Code are both current and valid.
