Amendment 0005 is required to:

• Update Section C.3 Scope/Description of Work (page 9);  
• Update Section C.3.4, Hyper care Support (page 17);
•Update  Section F.1 Period of Performance (page 22); and 
• Update Section L.1.b File II – Technical Proposal (page 60).  
• Update Attachment J.2 Pricing Sheet based on industry feedback
•Include Attachment J.4B Answered Questions (Round 3)

Proposal Submission Instructions: All potential offerors may submit a new proposal, revise an existing proposal, or withdraw a previously submitted proposal. Any such action must be completed by the revised proposal submission due date of June 15, 2026.

If no changes to a previously submitted proposal are necessary, no further action is required. A second amendment to address industry questions is forthcoming.

1. Extend the proposal submission due date to June 15, 2026 at 2 PM EST.
