Purchase of Off-Post Appliance, Camp Zama, Japan

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS.

The U.S. Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201 for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the purchase of Off-Post Appliances for Camp Zama, Japan.  

The anticipated award date is on or about 27 May 2026 (subject to change).

Description of Requirement:
 

The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services required to procure and deliver Off-Post Appliances to Camp Zama, Japan. All provided items and services shall comply with the contract specifications, standard commercial practices, and applicable Japanese laws.

Note 1: All work for this project shall be performed exclusively in Japan. The contract price shall be all-inclusive of transportation and any other expenses required for project execution.
