R605--American Psychological Association (APA) Mental Health (MH) Database Subscription Allen/Schoenecker

INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires an existing, commercial, off-the-shelf, web-based electronic subscription to three (3) APA Mental Healthcare databases: PsycINFO, PsycARTICLES, and PsycBOOKS, which will be made available throughout the VHA healthcare system. DESCRIPTION Please see the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement for requirement details. ADMINISTRATIVE This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice Only and serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 5.101 and 5.201.  A written solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) conducted in accordance with RFO Parts 12 and 15.  The solicitation will be competed on a full and open basis.  The NAICS Code for this procurement - 519290 Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services, size standard of 1,000 employees. The Product/Service Codes is R605.  Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement.
