M4 Rifle Scopes Optics and Mounts

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W50S8H-26-Q-0017 is issued as a request for quotation for the services of needed rifle scopes, optics, and associated mounts.

Evaluation criteria is based upon price and the ability to deliver the required items within the needed timeframe.

This acquisition a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.  The NAICS assigned is 332994 and the Size Standard is $1,000.00 employees.  The Product Service Code is 8465.

Line Items:

CLIN 0001 – Qty. 15 Each – M4 Rifle Scope

Salient features:  The contractor shall provide a compact and lightweight low power variable optical scope that is compatible with the M4 rifle.  Scope must have a 1-8x magnification range and be equipped with a 1.57” optic height.

- Delivery is required within 30 calendar days of contract award.

CLIN 0002 – Qty. 15 Each – M4 Rifle Auxiliary Optical Dot

Salient features:  The contractor shall provide a top ring mount backup red dot sight that can mount directly to the top of the variable optical scope to provide fast transitions between long-range and close-quarters targets.

- Delivery is required within 30 calendar days of contract award.
