Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (ii) CLIN 0001 15,500 lb. capacity diesel Forklift (Hyster H155FT or EQUAL TO), see RFQ letter for full description of forklift.  Unit of Measure "LOT" Unit Price and Total Price space to fill this in is on RFQ letter.

(iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions (see 12.102).  This is a brand name or equal requirement.  See RFQ letter for full description.

(iv) Delivery and acceptance:  Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point.  See RFQ letter

Location of delivery: McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) 1 C Tree Road, Bldg. B415 directly behind B419, McAlester OK, 74501.
