The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received and revise the PWS, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the CLIN Pricing structure. The following changes have been made to the PWS: 

1. Add a maximum ceiling of the IDIQ to the PWS 1.3.3.

2. Update to the collaboration verbiage throughout the PWS 1.4.

3. Update to data rights verbiage in the PWS 1.14.

4. Update to the reasonable adjustment verbiage in the PWS 5.2.3.1 and 5.2.5.1.

5. Update to standard cohort size for Adative Manufacturing, PWS technical exhibit C.

The following changes have been made to the combined synopsis / solicitation: 

1. Update to the CLINs under section (ii).

2. Clarification of place of delivery/acceptance under section (iv).

3. Update to General and Award Structure under the addendum to Provision 52.212-1.

4. Update the maximum ceiling amount of the IDIQ under the addendum to Provision 52.212-1.

5. Update to the SAM.gov registration requirement throughout the combined synopsis / solicitation.

6. Update to the technical capability, past performance and price requirement under 52.212-1 and 52.212-2.

7. Update to add Data-Right clause to the combined synopsis / solicitation.

The following changes have been made to the CLIN Pricing Matrix:

1. Update to remove six-month extension CLINs.

2. Updated CLIN Pricing Matrix to add a CLIN for remote instruction and in-person instruction for the Data Analytics program.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
