This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ, number 36C24426Q0980 for snow removal services at the Lebanon VAMC. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on the Standard Form 1449.
