CHAPLAINS RELIGIOUS ENRICHMENT DEVELOPMENT OPERATION (CREDO) FAMILY ENRICHMENT RETREATS (FER) IN SUPPORT OF NAVAL AIR STATION (NAS) SIGONELLA

1. ACTION

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice of the Government’s intent to issue a solicitation for the procurement of hotel lodging and conference room services. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.

2. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION

This requirement covers the provision of lodging, meeting spaces, and related hotel services to CREDO for authorized service members and dependents in the NAS Sigonella Area of Responsibility (AOR).

3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:

Within 100 km radius of Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella.

4. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Date of Award until 13 September 2026

5. INTENDED ACQUISITION STRATEGY:

This requirement is for a commercial product and falls below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).

In accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services," Clause 12.201-1(c)(2) “Simplified Procedures”, the Government intends to solicit quotes directly from a limited number of sources (at least three).

The Government does not intend to issue a separate, public solicitation for this specific requirement. No formal solicitation document is available at this time.
