Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Bootcamp training sessions

The contracting officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available based on the following rationale: This sole source acquisition is conducted under FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) simplified procedures at or below the SAT pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 1901.
The RFO Bootcamp is a proprietary training course, uniquely designed to provide a comprehensive overview and training on the FAR. Students will learn how to find, read, interpret, and apply the rules of Government contracting, and use the Federal Acquisitions Regulations by working through increasing difficult cases. The instructor is an expert in the field and teaches the course to include hands on exercises to enhance learning and retention.
