The attached RLP Amendment number 1 is hereby issued to provide additional clarification on aspects of the RLP, Draft Lease and its exhibits based on pre-proposal communications prior to receipt of initial offers.
Please execute and return one (1) signed copy of the amendment acknowledging receipt by not later than 4:30 PM EASTERN, Thursday, April 2, 2026.
All other aspects of RLP 57-10005-26-FA remain unchanged.

Attached is Request for Lease Proposal 57-10005-26-FA (RLP) for leashold interest in real property for general-purpose office and related space with a ware yard in Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware. The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications.
All offers must be submitted not later than the due time and date established in the RLP. Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection.
Unsolicited offers must confirm they are within the delineated Area of Performance and not within a floodplain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer.
