OY3 - Enterprise SETA Services Modification

The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a sole-source modification to Task Order FA240123F0002 with Avantus Federal LLC (McLean, VA).

This modification will increase the contract value for Option Year 3 and subsequent option years up to an estimated total program value of $95,000,000 in option year 3 to continue critical enterprise-wide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services in support of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA).

Authority

This action is conducted under FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). Avantus Federal LLC is the only source capable of providing these highly specialized services without causing critical program delays and unacceptable duplication of costs.

Response Instructions

This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider capability statements received from responsible sources.
