The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole source basis to Innovative Algorithms LLC for the purchase of Q5i Unattended Ground Sensors x10, i5 Phalanx Shield PIR Sensor x10, Phalanx Shield conduit/gateway x2, LTE Backhaul Package x2, Extended Range Package x1, Phalanx Shield UI x1, Case x1, Ruggedized Laptop x1, Installation and Training x1.

Based on market research, Innovative Algorithms, LLC is the only source available to satisy the requirement. These products are manufactured, sold and distributed exclusively by Innovative Algorithms. No separate division of Innovative Algorithms, nor any other company, makes a similar or competing product with the same performance specifications.
