The contractor shall maintain and service the dental equipment in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements and recommendations. All scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repair services shall be performed in accordance with the requirements and standards set by the The Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies listed in Section R – Conformance Standards.
