Financial Planning/Investing Subscription

The Department of War Libraries, intends to acquire a commercially available, web-based investment research and financial education database subscription for eligible Department of War library patrons. The subscription must provide investment and personal-finance research content, newsletters, daily articles and videos, online financial education courses, SAML-based single sign-on access, service-level usage statistics, and customer and technical support in accordance with the solicitation and associated Product Description.
