FCC Yazoo City FY 26 Training Ammunition

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Yazoo City, MS is issuing this solicitation for the acquisition of training ammunition. 

• Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the specifications and terms included herein
• The Government reserves the right to accept other than the lowest priced offer
• All bids must be completed on the provided on your company bid/quote sheet with no alterations to the line items - no handwritten bids/quotes
• Registration: Each offeror is required to be registered in SAM.gov with complete representations and certifications at the time of quotation
• Method: Email all completed bids/quotes to c3tate@bop.gov only. Failure to do so will deem the bid unacceptable
• Pricing: Include shipping in all pricing
• Evaluation: The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price.
• Condition: All ammunition must be new manufacture. Remanufactured or "reloads" will not be accepted.
• Packaging: Standard commercial packaging. Bulk pack is acceptable if specified.
