NOTICE: Intent to Award Sole Source – MIDWEST MICROWAVE SOLUTIONS – for Wideband Microwave Digital Receiver

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to MIDWEST MICROWAVE SOLUTIONS, INC. (CAGE 4S5 KG, 2000 Progress DR Hiawatha, Iowa 52233-2406, United States). The requirement is for the purchase of the following: (1) 0.1 to 1 BGHz Wideband Microwave Digital Receiver (500MHz Bandwidth), Part No. WRX-18G-500, qty. 1.

This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.

Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334511 and the size standard is 1350 Employees.
