Wheeled Excavator with Attachment

Good Morning All,

RCO Bavaria/928th CBn is formally seeking quotations for the procurement and delivery of commercial Wheeled Excavator with Attachments to support operations at USAG Bavaria (Garmisch).

Please find attached the complete solicitation SF 1449 and Salient characteristics labeled as ‘Attachment 1”, which includes the itemized equipment list, technical specifications, and required delivery criteria. All responses will be evaluated strictly based on the conditions, specifications, and evaluation criteria detailed within the attached solicitation document SF 1449.

Quotation Instructions:

• Submission Deadline: Please submit your complete quotation package via email to thierry.f.ndika.mil@army.mil and gus.w.wessels.mil@army.mil no later than 2359 CET on 2026 July 07.
• Questions: Any questions regarding this requirement or the equipment specifications must be submitted in writing no later than 2359 CET on 2026 June 30.
