EYNF HVAC Controllers Service & Maintenance - El Portal & Catalina

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0103 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a contractor to provide  HVAC Controllers Service & Maintenance at El Portal & Catalina.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811310.  The small business size standard is $12.5 million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

Submission of Quotes

All quotes must be submitted via email to Contracting Officer, Andrea (Annie) Pollock at andrea.pollock@usda.gov. Quotes submitted through any other method will not be accepted or considered. Quotes are due at 4:30 p.m. ET on September 28,2026.

Statement of Requirement

The U.S. Forest Service at El Yunque National Forest (EYNF) requires services to maintain building HVAC Controllers in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition & routine maintenance services. Pricing includes all costs associated with providing HVAC Controller maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty including materials, labor, overhead and profit. The contract will be for a base year, with four one-year optional periods of performance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
