NFPC_Cement Mixer Parts

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Cement Mixer Parts on a sole source basis from Kercher Enterprises, Inc.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or servises for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106(b).
