This notice is issued for market research and public announcement purposes to identify qualified architect-engineer (A-E) firms capable of performing professional design services for renovation projects at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. This notice is not a solicitation and does not constitute a request for price proposals. Responses will be used by the Government to assess the availability of qualified firms and to help determine the appropriate acquisition strategy.
