1.3 AFRICOM SHIPS BUNKERS

This is a presolicitation notice. DLA Energy intends to post a solicitation for Ships Bunkers program 1.3 AFRICOM at a future date.

Solicitation SPE608-26-R-0203 is for the procurement of Bunkers Marine Gas Oil (MGO) -  9140-01-417-6843 for various military and federal civilian agencies at various military ports in the AFRICOM Region: The total estimated quantity is 25,000 Metric Tons. Period of Performance is 1 November 2026 through 31 December 2029. These are Requirements-Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment Contracts. Solicitation will be issued via Sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
