16. Description:  One, U.S. or foreign flag, Roll-On/Roll-Off (RO/RO) vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 43,000 square feet of military cargo (tracked and wheeled vehicles, and breakbulk), and 04 TEUs of general cargo.

Place of Contract Performance:  The load port/place is Tacoma, WA (USA) with an available load date of 15-20 September 2026; the discharge port(s)/place(s) are Tengan Pier, Japan with the latest arrival dates (LAD) of 15-27 October 2026, and Apra Harbor, Guam with a LAD of 15 November 2026.  The laydays commence 14 September and cancel 19 September 2026 and the period of performance will be one voyage.
