Raised Access Flooring Tiles

Changes made in Amendment 0002 (27 July 2026)

Amendment 0002 has been officially posted to SAM.gov for Solicitation W50S9A26QA012, Raised Access Flooring Tiles.

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Incorporate updated Attachment 1 - Specification, dated 27 July 2026.

2. Incorporate additional pictures taken during the site visit. Attachment 2 - Pictures, dated 15 July 2026, is hereby replaced by Attachment 2 - Pictures 27 July 2026.

3. Incorporate the Question and Answer (Q&A) list addressing inquiries received via email and during the site visit held on 22 July 2026. (See Attachment 5 - Questions and Answers, dated 27 July 2026).

4. Extend the solicitation closing date from 28 July 2026 at 2:00 PM MDT to 03 August 2026 at 2: 00 PM MDT.

Acknowledgment of Amendment:

To be considered for award, all offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment in their final proposal submission. Submission and acknowledgement of amendment 0002 will be seen by the government as acknowledgement of amendment 0001 and 0002. Be sure to read both amendments in their entirety before submitting quotes.

You may accomplish this by signing Blocks 8 & 15 of the Standard Form (SF) 30 Amendment and submitting it with your technical proposal package.
