Personal Property Activity Open Season Notice

UPDATE: 5 August 2026, The PPA is providing an updated to the Open Season Notice. While the application deadline remains 7 August 2026, the deadline to provide documentation related exclusively to the financial requirements described in the DP3 TSP Qualifications (2.20.1 through 2.20.6.2) is extended to NLT 2359 on 8 September 2026. Failure to meet the 8 September 2026 deadline will result in the immediate termination of the TSP’s Open Season application.

The Department of War Personal Property Activity (DoW PPA) is soliciting applications for new Entrants to participate in the Defense Personal Property Program (DP3). This Open Season will run from 20 July 2026 through August 7, 2026.
