Advantor ACS and IDS Upgrades for the Alert Area-177FW NJ ANG

The 177TH FW intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Advantor Systems Corporation for the upgrade and integration of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS) for the Alert Area. 

This action is being conducted under the authority of RFO FAR 6.103-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements,10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1).
