Amendment 2 - VTC Maintenance

Amendment 2: This amendment is to provide answers to questions submitted and provide an updated Performance Work Statement (PWS). The update to the PWS is to remove the VTC systems at Building 3030 due to an existed maintenance agreement and modify the systems at Building 23 to options on the contract due to plans for a complete system replacement. 

Amendment 1: This amendment is to extend the due date for quotations to 6 May 2026. An updated solicitation document and PWS will follow in an amendment early next week. (4/24/26)

The requirement is for a comprehensive maintenance and repair services contract to support critical audiovisual infrastructure. The prospective contractor shall provide all necessary labor, parts, materials, and supervision to maintain Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems, large-scale video walls, and all associated infrastructure.
