Provide Leased Modular Buildings - Nationwide

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to deliver, install and maintain modular operational spaces at the ERO offices in various locations across the country. At present the number of sites is estimated at 50, though this number is subject to change.. 

The contractor must work with ICE Office of Asset and Facilities Management and the General Services Administration to coordinate approval for the installation of the modular units in a manner that is acceptable with the building owner at the specific sites. This will require different levels of effort and installation configuration (e.g., whether power or water is available and how best to tie in) for each site. The contractor shall provide the necessary technical and logistics support to facilitate the needed work for each location identified.
