Industrial Vacuum System (and ancillary pumps)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice.

Solicitation number W15QKN-26-Q-A048 0003 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 202603. This requirement is being completed on a 100% Small Business set-aside basis under NAICS code 333248 with a small business size standard of 750 employees.

The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order, on a competitive basis, for the purchase and delivery of an Vacuum System (and ancillary pumps) in accordance with the following solicitation requirements, Statement of Work (SoW), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)/DD Form 1423, and Contract Addendum Quality Assurance Requirements.

Question Deadline: All questions, requests for clarification, or inquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing no later than 10 June 2026 at 1500 hours (Eastern Standard Time).

Late Submissions: Questions received after the specified date and time may not be answered. The Government is not obligated to respond to any inquiries submitted after the deadline. 

Consolidated Responses: All questions and corresponding Government responses will be consolidated and published as an Amendment to the solicitation on SAM.gov. Individual responses will not be provided to preserve procurement integrity.
