Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award

Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable method.

Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

USGS is tax-exempt.
