NSN(s) 4940-01-633-1543, 4940-01-633-1668, 4940-01-633-1674, and 2590-01-642-1408 are being solicited.  The NSNs are only described with approved CAGEs and part numbers. The Government does not have any technical data for the NSNs. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) and the FOB point is Origin.  The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government.  The total shall not exceed 5 years.  Items will be shipped to various CONUS and OCONUS locations.  This requirement is other than full and open, and the small business standard is 850 employees.  The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on or about 05/05/2026.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in the solicitation.  This acquisition involves a consolidation of requirements IAW FAR 7.107-2 and has been determined necessary and justified. The determination will be posted with the solicitation IAW 7.107-5(c).
