SOLICITATION: Hydraulic Aperture Door BPA

This solicitation has been amended. "Questions and Answers" have been added in the attachments list on 10 Aug 2026. 

Amendment 0001 to Solicitation FA469026Q0035 is hereby issued to accomplish the following:

1. Announce a Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 12 August 2026 at 1:00PM MDT for interested offerors. All offerors that would like to attend the site visit will require an Installation Entriy Access Listing (IEAL) be submitted on company letterhead and include each attendees full name, date of birth, driver's license number and state of issue to facilitate base access. Submit this request to Adele.njobeka.1@us.af.mil no later than 11 August 2026 at 1:00PM MDT.  All attendees will need to plan on processing at the Visitor Control Center prior to gaining base access.  The amount of time this will take is unknown but should be planned for in advance to allow for prompt arrival at Bldg 2500, Rushmore Center lobby for the Site Visit to commence promptly at 1:00PM MDT.

2. Provide Contractor Submitted Questions and Government Response (Q&As): The Government has provided official responses to questions submitted by contractors. Please see "Attachment 3 - Questions and response".

3. The Quote due date has not been changed as a result of this amendment.  

All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.

All amendments must be acknowledge with quote submission.

This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards.

The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base, Sout Dakota intends to establish a single-award commercial Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide all management, personnel, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to perform inspection, maintenance, and as-needed repairs on Hydraulic and Aperture Overhead doors in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. 

Please refer to the Addendums to FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 on the SF 1449 for Instructions to Offerors and the Evaluation process to be utilized.

Please see the attached SF1449, Solicitation (FA469026Q0035) for the quote submission due date listed on page 1, block 8. 

Any an all questions on this opportunity should be submitted no later than 10 August 2026 by 2:00p.m. MDT to the following email addresses.  Questions will not be accepted via phone calls and must be submitted in writing only.  All submitted questions and government response will be provided via a Solicitation amendment.

Offerors must possess an active, valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) with no active exclusions and are asked to provide their current CAGE code with response to the solicitation.
