The vendor/distributor shall:
•   Be authorized by Rockwell Automation to sell Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Software products in NASA Langley Research Center’s geographical area.
•   Be authorized to provide related services, including technical support contracts and training, to NASA Langley Research Center.
•   Ensure that warranty coverage is provided on all quoted products.
